Our puncture-resistant strips are made from bovine hides. The leather we work with comes from animals intended for human consumption, sacrificed in slaughterhouses approved for that purpose.

The bovine hides are treated with a double tanning process based on TITANIUM compounds, since it is the most resistant element to skin perforation.

The bovine skin is not uniform in its structure, having therefore differences by type of area, both in weight and thickness. That’s why we work on unifying it, so that we can achieve the lowest possible weight in our products.

Our company is constantly developing new processes applied to skin. We have our own laboratory, to improve our perforation data and achieve the lowest possible weight in our products.
